How do I place an order?

Submit an order request with your event date, desired treats, quantity, theme or colors, and any customization requests. After reviewing your request, we will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and order details.

Is submitting an order request the same as confirming my order?

No. Submitting an inquiry or order form does not automatically reserve your date. Your order is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Tee Joe’s Sweet Treats and complete any required payment.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance. Larger, fully customized, corporate, and special-event orders may require additional notice.

Can I place a last minute order?

Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability and the size and complexity of the order. Rush fees may apply.

Is a deposit required?

A non-refundable $10 retaining fee is required to reserve your order date. Your order is not considered confirmed until all required order information and payments have been received. This fee may be applied to your order.
